How does Worldwide EAP work with program participants?
When an eligible International EAP participant needs help, he or she can call a dedicated toll-free number any time of the day or night from anywhere in the world. A qualified clinician is always available to respond to a participant's call and will assess the caller's problem during the initial telephone conversation.
Counseling with the participant, the team clinician may work out solutions for difficulties during the initial discussion. In other situations, the counselor may refer the participant to another specialist for a personal consultation, and will assist the participant in setting up an appointment.
